Here, I would like to introduce an important mentor in my practice of spiritual energy healing - the Higher Self (Soul). Each person's Higher Self has the most accurate understanding of their own (physical) problems. Therefore, in my practice of spiritual energy healing, I always connect with the client's Higher Self to seek its advice on issues such as the root causes of problems and whether spiritual energy healing can be used. After receiving guidance from the Higher Self, I proceed with the appropriate energy healing based on the guidance from my own Higher Self. Thus, I have named the energy healing I provide as "Spiritual Energy Healing." The following case demonstrates the important role of the Higher Self in spiritual energy healing.

Louise has been suffering from bulimia nervosa for nearly 10 years, mainly characterized by uncontrollable binge eating and self-induced vomiting. This cycle of bingeing and purging has tormented Louise over the past decade, causing weight fluctuations, impacting her health, and leaving her in a state of self-blame, loss of control, and pain. Louise had sought help from nutritionists, tried to control her diet through exercise, and even participated in psychological counseling specifically for people with eating disorders, but none of these helped. Recently, Louise's condition became unstable, and upon a friend's recommendation, she started spiritual energy healing.

Louise is a professional who has excelled academically from a young age and has very high expectations for herself, achieving considerable success at work. Her first bout with bulimia nervosa occurred during her university final exams, and she also developed depression at the same time. Louise's depression had been building up over the years. Growing up in a family that favored males over females, Louise was deeply hurt by her mother's comments when she was 5-6 years old, making her feel unimportant in her mother's eyes; as she grew, she also felt that her mother treated her and her brother differently, clearly favoring her brother. These unfair treatments deeply wounded Louise's heart. Her mother's high academic expectations often led her to scold and force Louise to achieve high grades. Therefore, Louise had always been very strict with herself (possibly reflecting a deep-seated desire for parental approval and attention), and during exam periods, she would not allow herself any rest except during meals. This led to uncontrollable binge eating, and after feeling terrible post-binge, she would induce vomiting for a moment of relief, thus trapping herself in a vicious cycle.

After understanding Louise's emotional journey, I analyzed the causes and perpetual factors of her eating disorder and depression and decided to start with spiritual energy healing, supplemented by inner child regression therapy for her treatment plan.

During the spiritual energy healing, I first dealt with some of her depressive emotional energy as guided by her Higher Self. At the end of the session, her Higher Self conveyed to me that it was time for Louise to start learning to love herself. Two weeks later, when Louise came back for a follow-up, she told me that her binge eating and purging had significantly decreased, and she was beginning to learn to love herself. However, she realized during the process that she did not know how to love herself or how to interact and communicate with her inner child. Therefore, in the second session of treatment, I conducted inner child regression therapy for Louise, allowing her to face-to-face communicate and establish a connection with her inner child. During these two treatments, Louise released a lot of emotions, which was certainly beneficial as she released the pain suppressed deep within her heart. The third follow-up was also scheduled two weeks later. Louise told me that during the past two weeks, she had communicated twice with her inner child during meditation. According to her description, these two communications were essentially inner child regression therapy, helping her inner child release years of suppressed pain and resolve deep emotional conflicts, and the binge eating and purging issue completely disappeared.

Throughout these three sessions of inner child regression therapy, her Higher Self continuously guided her, sometimes appearing as a light, and sometimes as intuitive messages guiding her on how to resolve emotional conflicts and how to love herself, like having an invisible mentor guiding her through inner child communication and healing.

This treatment was so rapidly effective not only because of the application of spiritual energy healing and inner child regression therapy, but also due to Louise's efforts, and her connection with her Higher Self. After the first meeting with me, Louise diligently practiced meditation and heeded the messages from her Higher Self; her spontaneously conducted inner child regression therapy and her successful connection with her Higher Self also allowed her to emerge from her emotional troubles. This is a very encouraging case, and it is the first time I have seen an eating disorder being resolved so quickly. However, this does not mean that everyone with an eating disorder will recover so swiftly, as everyone's healing process is different, and the underlying causes and treatment methods of emotional disorders vary.

In this case, we can see that the Higher Self plays a very important role in the healing process, not only providing guidance during spiritual energy healing but also serving as an important mentor in our personal growth.

The following is the sharing from Louise:

"My thoughts on energy healing are:

  1. Energy healing is very magical and highly effective, but the most important thing is being willing to take the first step to try it.

  2. Establishing a habit of meditation is very helpful for dealing with emotional issues. I had never successfully completed a meditation before meeting Clare, but my recent meditation practice has made me more peaceful inside, allowing me to focus and think clearly.

  3. Keeping a therapy journal is also very beneficial. The inspirations brought by the Higher Self may appear as a flash of insight; capturing these moments of sudden understanding and writing them down thoroughly helps organize thoughts, enhances understanding, and solidifies beliefs."
