Mindful Self-Compassion is a training course that cultivate mindfulness and self-acceptance and self-compassion. It allows us to deal with adversity with gentleness, self-understanding. Research showed that learning Mindful Self- Compassion enhances our happiness, reduced anxiety, depression and stress. It also helps us to maintain healthy lifestyle and improve interpersonal relationships. This "Mindful Self-Compassion" workshop is conducted by registered clinical psychologist, Ms. Clare Chan. It is suitable for everyone who is interested in mindfulness and self-compassion. This workshop will introduce the concept of Mindful Self-Compassion, learn techniques on Mindful Self-Compassion, and a Question & Answer session.
